Everything hurts. I have heartburn that’s making me feel like there’s another appendix that needs to be removed. Plus I have allergies from hell.

Things have felt better.

What is Fibromyalgia?

From Mirriam-Webster:

any of a group of rheumatic disorders affecting soft tissues and characterized by pain, tenderness, and stiffness of muscles and associated connective tissue structures

Wouldn't it be nice if it was that simple? It's not. Fibro is an odd, misunderstood and oftentimes misdiagnosed disorder that affects as much as 6% of the United States population. I don't claim to be an expert. I'm just learning like everyone else.
