How I’m feeling today
Posted by Nix Nix Nix on October 8th, 2007 filed in pain, stiffnessToday’s been tolerable. Something in my middle back on the left side hurt all night so I didn’t sleep as well as I could have/wanted to. Left hand was barely noticeably hurting.

What is Fibromyalgia?
any of a group of rheumatic disorders affecting soft tissues and characterized by pain, tenderness, and stiffness of muscles and associated connective tissue structures
Wouldn't it be nice if it was that simple? It's not. Fibro is an odd, misunderstood and oftentimes misdiagnosed disorder that affects as much as 6% of the United States population. I don't claim to be an expert. I'm just learning like everyone else.
