How I’m feeling today
Posted by Nix Nix Nix on October 9th, 2007 filed in pain, sinus, stiffnessToday was mostly tolerable up until about 5:00, when every air cavity in my face decided it hated me. I’ve had a bit of a headache since then. Joints are a bit stiff, back still a bit achy.

What is Fibromyalgia?
any of a group of rheumatic disorders affecting soft tissues and characterized by pain, tenderness, and stiffness of muscles and associated connective tissue structures
Wouldn't it be nice if it was that simple? It's not. Fibro is an odd, misunderstood and oftentimes misdiagnosed disorder that affects as much as 6% of the United States population. I don't claim to be an expert. I'm just learning like everyone else.
