How I’m feeling today

I spent too long crouched over the power tools and I’m really feeling it in my upper back.
Other than that today was ok.

What is Fibromyalgia?
any of a group of rheumatic disorders affecting soft tissues and characterized by pain, tenderness, and stiffness of muscles and associated connective tissue structures
Wouldn't it be nice if it was that simple? It's not. Fibro is an odd, misunderstood and oftentimes misdiagnosed disorder that affects as much as 6% of the United States population. I don't claim to be an expert. I'm just learning like everyone else.
