Pains today (for reference)

I’m not linking this one to facebook like I normally do, this is for my own reference.

Flares today:

  • hands
  • hips
  • lower back
  • feet
  • shins
  • thighs
  • neck
  • knees
  • biceps

On top of that crap, I was in so much pain that I ended up taking Advil and then slept through half the day.

I was able to do some sweeping and I’m about to vacuum with the Dyson stick. It makes my hands hurt, but not as much as the upright does.

This disorder is a fucking pain in the ass.
