Wait. There’s different KINDS of flares? Now you’re just exaggerating. Right?

So today was our first cold day. According to a weather guy who I don’t want to like (He’s a climate change denier.) but secretly do, this was the coldest day since May something. Ugh. Fuck that.

Anytime the weather shifts dramatically, I flare. I’ve been flaring a lot lately anyway because of my allergies, but this is different somehow.  It’s a deeper pain somehow?

My normal flares are repeated short bursts of pain, usually repeated in a few places. This is a constant ache.
