How I’m feeling today
Posted by Nix Nix Nix on October 3rd, 2007 filed in painToday wasn’t too terrible at all, considering how I felt last night. I kept myself pumped full of ibuprofen all day and that helped a lot. So, certainly sore, we’ll say noticeably, but not unbearable. Win!

What is Fibromyalgia?
any of a group of rheumatic disorders affecting soft tissues and characterized by pain, tenderness, and stiffness of muscles and associated connective tissue structures
Wouldn't it be nice if it was that simple? It's not. Fibro is an odd, misunderstood and oftentimes misdiagnosed disorder that affects as much as 6% of the United States population. I don't claim to be an expert. I'm just learning like everyone else.
