An Update!

I shared this blog with a good friend of mine recently, and I realized that I hadn’t updated it in a rather long time, but that plenty has changed. So it is time for an update.

The most significant item of note is that I started a new medicine, Celecoxib, and it has made such an enormous difference, y’all, I can’t even tell you. At the point that I asked my doctor for something, I was taking OTC pain meds at least twice a day. I was really starting to worry about my stomach. I started the new med at the beginning of this month, and have only taken OTC pain meds three or four times since then! Let me add the disclaimer here that the new med isn’t cheap, and I’m not getting any sort of payment or anything to plug it. It’s just legitimately helped me and I wanted to tell y’all about it.

The other thing to update about is the numbness issue. I have my suspicions as to what’s going on there, but I’m not going to publicly speculate. I have an appointment with a specialist to address the issue. That happens later this month, and I’ll update y’all at some point after.
